Welcome to our self-serve arrangement request system. This portal will allow you to request a payment arrangement on your utility bill for an open account. If you make your payments as agreed upon, your service will remain uninterrupted.
For the duration of this arrangement, all new charges on your monthly bills must be paid by the due date shown on the bill. This payment arrangement will only include past due charges reflected on the account as of the date the payment arrangement is requested.
Pay as often as you like. The arranged amount just needs to be paid in full on or before the arrangement due date.
Customer and Account numbers are printed in the upper right-hand corner of the bill, as shown below.
Failure to pay as agreed to will result in the immediate disconnection of your utility service. Payment in full for all charges due will be required for service restoration.
Accounts that are closed are not eligible for this service.
